Discuss your requirementsDelivering expert GxP consultancy and tailored IT solutions for the pharmaceutical and technology-focused industries, and organisations seeking higher quality standards.
We support manufacturers, importers, and distributors of medicinal products and pharmaceutical active substances, as well as start-ups in the pharmaceutical sector, providing GxP consultancy, compliance guidance, and hands-on operational support tailored to their specific needs.
We help organisations make their business processes less dependent on individual employee knowledge, transform naturally evolved workflows into streamlined and efficient structures, and prepare for quality certifications such as ISO 9001. Our approach ensures that processes are clear, repeatable, and sustainable, providing a strong foundation for consistent performance and continuous improvement.
We support highly regulated and technology-driven organisations across a wide range of sectors—including pharmaceutical companies, banks, transportation providers, cultural institutions, or family-owned businesses. We help these organisations implement customsed IT solutions, enabling them to structure, access, and efficiently leverage complex data environments while maintaining compliance and operational reliability.
Our mission is to be a trusted and dedicated partner when organisations face operational backlogs, resource gaps, or the challenges of launching new initiatives. We step in where support is needed most, helping our clients move forward, optimise their operations, and unlock the potential of automated processes.
We are passionate about working at the intersection of human interaction and technical solutions. Understanding real operational challenges and turning them into practical, effective solutions is what drives us every day.
At the same time, we believe that strong economic partnerships create stronger societies. By fostering closer collaboration and exchange between Denmark and Germany, we aim to contribute to a more connected, innovative, and resilient European economy.
We believe strong partnerships are built on trust, quality, and shared commitment. That is why our work is guided by accuracy, reliability, and the ambition to deliver solutions our clients can truly depend on.
At the heart of our work is open and transparent communication. We believe that the best solutions emerge through honest dialogue, where ideas can be shared freely and challenges can be addressed directly.
We also bring a deep understanding of neurodivergence and diverse ways of perception and communication. The strategic potential of neurodivergent team members is naturally recognised and valued throughout our project work.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Contact form. If you send us a message, we process your first and last name, e-mail address, organisation and area of interest (if you provide them), your message, and the time you gave your consent. We use this only to receive and answer your enquiry. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the checkbox before sending the form.
E-mail correspondence. If we reply and the conversation continues, we process the content of our e-mails to handle your enquiry. Our legal basis is your consent, or, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in conducting our business (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Spam protection and security. When you open the contact page, a security check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) is loaded to verify that you are not an automated bot. In that process Cloudflare receives technical data such as your IP address and browser information. In addition, we briefly store a technical identifier derived from your IP address (for about one minute) to limit repeated submissions. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting this website and our mailbox from abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
Server logs. Our hosting provider logs technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type when you visit the website. This is necessary to operate and secure the site. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Article 6(1)(f)).
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not use cookies or similar technologies for those purposes. The website fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties to load them.
The security check on the contact page (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use technical storage in your browser solely to verify that you are not a bot. This is strictly necessary for the contact form you ask to use.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for marketing, and we do not share it with others unless we are legally required to do so.
Some providers, such as Cloudflare, may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To use your rights, write to contact@ariu.dk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk, dt@datatilsynet.dk.
You are not obliged to provide personal data, but we cannot answer your enquiry without at least your name, e-mail address and message. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
E-mail is not end-to-end encrypted. Please do not send confidential, patient-related or GxP-sensitive information through the contact form or by ordinary e-mail. If needed, we will arrange a secure channel.
We may update this policy, for example if we change providers or add new features. The current version is always available on this page.
